Switch the Active Collection
Choose which Desktop collection Bag Dragon Mobile is currently using without pairing the phone again.
Multi-Collection
One phone can use multiple Desktop collections
A paired Desktop can publish several separate collections to the same phone. You do not need to pair the phone again when switching collections. Choose the collection in Bag Sync, wait for it to refresh, then verify the collection name from My Collection.

Step-by-step
Open Bag Sync
Open License → Bag Sync. Confirm that your Desktop connection is active, then scroll down to Desktop Collections.
- ✓Your phone can stay paired to the same Desktop while you switch between its published collections.
- ✓Pairing the Desktop and choosing the active collection are separate actions.
- ✓Use the refresh button if the collection list does not look current.
Find the current active collection
Under Desktop Collections, locate the collection currently selected on Mobile. It is highlighted and identified as the active collection.
- ✓Desktop can publish multiple collections to the same phone.
- ✓Read the collection name carefully before changing it.
- ✓Collection statistics help confirm that you are choosing the collection you expect.
Choose another published collection
Tap the collection you want to use. Bag Dragon downloads or refreshes that collection's Mobile data and marks the new selection with the gold treatment.
- ✓Wait for the sync message before leaving the screen.
- ✓Each collection can contain different bags, quantities, values, and collector details.
- ✓The list can briefly show prior status information while the new collection refreshes, so verify the switch from the Collection screen next.
Verify the switch in My Collection
Open Collection from the bottom navigation. The collection name, summary, and visible bags should now match the collection you selected.
- ✓This is the best confirmation that Mobile is using the collection you intended.
- ✓Any collector changes you make now belong to this active collection.
- ✓Before using Dragon Sync, confirm the active collection again if you manage several collections.
Dragon Sync
Remember which collection owns the change
Mobile changes are tied to the collection you were using when the change was made. If you switch collections later, select the matching Desktop collection before reviewing its incoming Dragon Sync proposals on Desktop.
