Overview

Bag Dragon includes Dragon Web, Bag Dragon Desktop, and Bag Dragon Mobile. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use those services.

Bag Dragon does not sell your personal information. We do not provide your private collection records, personal notes, purchase prices, or Dragon Sync collection data to advertisers for advertising purposes.

The free version of Bag Dragon Mobile may display third-party advertising provided by Google AdMob. Advertising and analytics providers may process certain device, usage, and diagnostic information as described below.

Information You Provide

• License keys and license activation information.
• Purchaser name and email address when a license or in-app product is purchased.
• Support messages and other information you choose to send us.
• Catalog submissions, corrections, or community contributions you voluntarily provide.
• Collection information you choose to enter, including ownership, wishlist status, quantity, purchase price, purchase date, and personal notes.

Collection Data and Local Storage

Bag Dragon Desktop and Mobile store collector information on the device so the applications can operate independently.

When you enable Dragon Sync, selected collection records, collection identifiers, snapshots, proposed changes, acknowledgements, and related synchronization metadata are transmitted to Dragon Web and may be stored in hosted systems so your authorized devices can synchronize.

Personal bag photos are intended to remain on Desktop and are not part of the Mobile synchronization workflow.

Catalog and Community Data

Dragon Web provides a shared catalog of collectible bags. Catalog browsing may involve requests for bag identifiers, names, brands, franchises, characters, images, values, and related catalog information.

If you submit a missing bag, correction, image, or other contribution, the material may be reviewed and incorporated into the public catalog. Do not include private or confidential information.

License and Device Information

To activate licensed features, Bag Dragon may process a license key, an app-generated device identifier, a device label, platform, application version, activation status, and related session information.

The app-generated identifier distinguishes authorized installations. Bag Dragon Mobile does not require a hardware serial number for license activation.

Purchases

Website purchases may be processed by Stripe. Mobile purchases may be processed by Google Play or Apple. Those providers process payment details under their own policies.

Bag Dragon may receive purchase identifiers, product identifiers, purchaser contact information, payment status, transaction status, and verification metadata needed to issue, restore, upgrade, or revoke a license.

Bag Dragon does not store full payment-card numbers.

Analytics and Advertising

Dragon Web may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the public website. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, page-view, and interaction information according to Google's policies.

The free version of Bag Dragon Mobile may display advertising through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information such as IP address, approximate location derived from network information, app interactions, diagnostic information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and related technical information.

This information may be used by Google for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

Where required by applicable law, Bag Dragon Mobile uses Google's consent tools to request consent or provide privacy choices before requesting certain advertising services.

Users may also have privacy controls available through their device settings or Google account settings, including controls related to advertising identifiers and personalized advertising.

How We Use Information

• Provide catalog browsing, collection management, licensing, and Dragon Sync.
• Issue, activate, restore, upgrade, and support licenses.
• Process and verify purchases.
• Respond to support requests and protect the service.
• Review community catalog contributions and improve reliability.
• Provide and measure advertising in the free version of Bag Dragon Mobile.
• Perform analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance activities.

Service Providers

• Supabase may host database, storage, and synchronization infrastructure.
• Vercel may host Dragon Web and process web request information.
• Stripe, Google Play, and Apple may process purchases.
• Google Analytics may process website usage information.
• Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and approximate-location information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes.
• Email providers may process license-delivery and support messages.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain license and purchase records, complete synchronization, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Local data remains on your device until you remove it, uninstall the application, clear application storage, or use an available deletion feature.

• You may use free catalog and collection features without activating a paid license.
• Paid licenses may provide an ad-free experience and additional premium features.
• You may remove a saved license from a device.
• You may stop using Dragon Sync and continue using locally available features.
• Where available, you may use the Privacy Choices option in Bag Dragon Mobile to review or update advertising consent choices.
• You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting information associated with your email address, subject to legal retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's Privacy

Bag Dragon is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Bag Dragon changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
