Acceptance

By accessing or using Dragon Web, Bag Dragon Desktop, Bag Dragon Mobile, Dragon Sync, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services and Licensed Features

Bag Dragon provides collectible bag catalog browsing, collection management, licensing, purchase fulfillment, synchronization, seller-oriented Desktop tools, and community catalog workflows.

Catalog browsing may be free. Collector, synchronization, seller, or other premium features may require an active supported license.

Purchases

Purchases made through Dragon Web, Google Play, or Apple are also subject to the payment provider's terms.

Collector and Pro products may be offered as one-time purchases. A Collector-to-Pro upgrade requires an eligible Collector license.

License Use

• Keep your license key confidential.
• Do not sell, publish, counterfeit, or bypass a license.
• Use the license only within its activation limit.
• Do not attempt to access restricted features without authorization.

Dragon Sync

Dragon Sync routes synchronization through Dragon Web. Desktop and Mobile are not intended to communicate directly.

You are responsible for reviewing synchronized changes and maintaining appropriate backups. No synchronization system can guarantee prevention of every conflict or data-loss event.

Catalog Information and Estimated Values

Catalog details, images, release information, prices, and estimated values may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed.

Estimated values are informational only and are not professional appraisals, guarantees, financial advice, or insurance valuations.

Community Contributions

You represent that you have the right to submit catalog entries, corrections, and images. By submitting material, you permit Bag Dragon to review, modify, publish, and use it as part of the catalog.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Bag Dragon for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, administrative features, or other users' data.
• Do not overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or material that infringes third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

Bag Dragon may rely on third-party hosting, payment, store, analytics, email, and catalog services. We are not responsible for their independent acts, policies, or availability.

References to brands, characters, franchises, and retailers are descriptive and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability

Features may be updated, restricted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bag Dragon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bag Dragon and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill.

Termination and Changes

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, revoked purchases, or legal requirements.

These terms may be revised as the service evolves. The effective date identifies the current version.
