Dragon Merchant is the seller command center. It keeps seller workflows organized around the active Dragon Hoard without replacing the owned collection as the source of truth.

Use Show Tracking for the show lifecycle
Show Tracking keeps planned, completed, and cancelled seller events in one place. Open an active show to continue preparation, or review completed shows as protected historical records.
- ✓Use All Shows, Active, Completed, and Cancelled to filter the workspace.
- ✓Open Show resumes the selected seller event.
- ✓Export Report creates a show-level report.
- ✓Completed shows remain available for reporting and seller history.
Create or resume a show from Seller Dashboard
Seller Dashboard is the day-to-day workspace for current shows. Create a new show with its name, date, platform, starting structure, and notes, or resume an existing show with Open Builder.
- ✓Use a clear show name and date so historical reporting remains easy to understand.
- ✓The platform field identifies where the event is being run.
- ✓You can start from Blank Show or a reusable Show Template.
- ✓Current Shows keeps active seller work immediately accessible.
Build the seller lineup in Show Builder
Show Builder is the main workspace for preparing a live show. It combines reserved collection inventory, Bottom Bags, seller fields, exports, pull preparation, and post-show tracking.
- ✓Reserved quantities are split into Reserved for Show entries instead of disappearing from the owned collection.
- ✓Seller-specific fields can be entered for each show item.
- ✓Whatnot Surprise Set and Listings & Reports create platform and reporting exports.
- ✓Show Tracking fields capture status, gross sales, platform fees, and shipping cost for reconciliation.
Physically prepare the show with Pull Checklist
Pull Checklist turns the digital lineup into a physical preparation list. Bags are grouped by recorded storage location so you can gather the show efficiently.
- ✓Checking Pulled and ready does not mark a bag sold or change collection quantity.
- ✓Checklist progress is temporary/browser-local preparation state for the show.
- ✓Storage locations make large show pulls much faster; Unspecified means no storage location is recorded.
- ✓Use Print Checklist, CSV, or TXT when a paper or external pull sheet is useful.
Reuse planning structure with Show Templates
Show Templates save reusable planning targets and seller strategy. They do not reserve or select specific collection bags.
- ✓Templates can store recurring show structure and financial targets.
- ✓Use them for repeat formats instead of rebuilding the same plan each time.
- ✓Blank Show remains available when you want to start from scratch.
- ✓Actual bag selection still happens in the show itself.
Maintain seller-only filler inventory with Bottom Bags
Bottom Bags are seller-only filler, giveaway, cannon-fodder, or reusable show inventory that you do not want mixed into the owned collector collection.
- ✓Bottom Bags do not appear in Dragon Hoard, Wishlist, Collection Analytics, or Mobile synchronization.
- ✓Track title, brand, condition, quantity, estimated value, storage, and notes.
- ✓One Bottom Bag record can represent a grouped quantity of repeatable seller inventory.

Show Archive preserves completed and cancelled seller events for historical review, exports, comparisons, and inventory audit history.

- ✓Use View Historical Show to reopen the final show record.

- ✓View Inventory Activity helps trace the inventory actions associated with the show.
Measure performance with Show Analytics
Show Analytics summarizes seller performance across shows, including gross and net sales, estimated profit, spot counts, hit rate, grail rate, inventory mix, and show-by-show results.
