Add a Bag from the Catalog
A visual walkthrough for adding an existing Dragon Catalog bag to My Collection in Bag Dragon Mobile.

Catalog first is the easiest path
When a bag already exists in the Bag Dragon catalog, add it from the Bag Profile. The record begins with the correct catalog identity and is ready for the supported Collection and Dragon Sync workflows.

Step-by-step
Open Catalog and find your bag
Open Catalog from the bottom navigation. Search or browse until you find the exact bag you own.
- ✓Search by bag name, brand, character, or franchise.
- ✓Check the image and title before opening the result.
- ✓If several bags look similar, open the profile and compare details.
Open the Bag Profile
Tap the matching result. Verify the image, title, brand, and catalog information, then scroll down to My Collection.
- ✓The Bag Profile is the catalog record that will be connected to your collection.
- ✓Confirm you have the correct bag before marking it Owned.
Choose Owned
Under My Collection, tap Owned. This tells Bag Dragon that you physically own this catalog bag.
- ✓Owned is for bags you already have.
- ✓Wishlist is for bags you want but do not currently own.
- ✓After adding it, you can update quantity, purchase details, and notes.
Confirm the correct collection
Bag Dragon shows the collection that will receive the bag. Read the collection name carefully, then tap the gold Add button.
- ✓This is important if you use more than one collection.
- ✓If the collection name is wrong, choose Cancel and switch collections first.
- ✓The displayed collection is where the Owned record will be created.
Verify the bag in My Collection
Open Collection from the bottom navigation and confirm that the bag now appears in My Collection.
- ✓The Collection screen shows your selected collection and its summary.
- ✓Pending Mobile changes are protected until Dragon Sync sends them back toward Desktop.
- ✓You can now open the bag and add your collector details.
After the Bag Is Added
What happens next?
Add your collector details
Open the bag from My Collection to update supported information such as quantity, purchase price, purchase date, and personal notes.
Sync changes back to Desktop
