Collection Integrity
Collection Integrity checks the active collection for catalog identity, master-image, estimated-value, local database, and Dragon Sync readiness. It helps you find records that need attention without replacing your private collector information.
Your private collection data stays protected
An integrity scan is designed to repair and verify catalog-facing information. It does not automatically replace the personal information that makes your collection yours.
Read the Collection Health dashboard
Start on the Collection Integrity screen. The top cards summarize Catalog Links, Master Images, Estimated Values, Local Database health, Dragon Sync readiness, and Catalog Review. A fully verified collection can display the Dragon Certified status.
Run the Collection Health Scan
Select Run Collection Health Scan to perform a fresh integrity analysis. Bag Dragon verifies the local database, catalog identities, images and values, rebuilds collection snapshots, and prepares safe Dragon Sync metadata. It does not automatically link uncertain bags.
Understand Needs Attention
A collection can be mostly synchronized and still have items that need review. The dashboard separates missing online links from metadata differences so you can see why certification or full Dragon Sync readiness has not been reached.
Review catalog metadata safely
In the Metadata Synchronization Workspace, Bag Dragon shows your local value beside the current Dragon Catalog value. Use the checkboxes and presets to choose exactly which catalog fields you want to update. For individual differences, you can also keep the local value or ignore that difference until the catalog changes.
Use “Accept All” deliberately
Accept All Catalog Metadata Changes updates every reviewable local catalog field with the current Dragon Catalog values. Bag Dragon creates a safety backup first, but selective review is the better choice when you want control over individual catalog fields.
What happens after you apply a correction?
Once a reviewed difference is resolved, that resolved item or field is removed from the review queue. Continue through the remaining recommendations, then run the health scan again to refresh the collection status.
The goal is a collection with verified catalog links, usable master images and values, a healthy local database, and records ready for Dragon Sync.
